Itinerary:day 1: Pick up at your hotel in Quito, drive to Cotopaxi National Park, mountain Biking or hiking the Cotopaxi Volcano. Drive to Baños, a town at the entrance of the Amazon jungle, night in Baños and visit the of the town's famous hot springs.
day 2: Mountain biking along the waterfalls road, cable car, visit "Pailon del Diablo" waterfall and then head for canyoning, night in Baños
day 3: Drive to Tena and Misahualli, boat ride to visit a native community and the Amazoonico, an animal rescue centre, night at Cotococha Jungle Lodge, jungle night walk.
day 4: Wildwater rafting Jatunyacu River class III, night in jungle lodge.
day 5: Tour into the Jumandy caves, drive to Papallacta, Ecuador's most beautiful hot springs and spa. Drive back to Quito and drop off at your hotel.
Accommodation:2 nights in hotel in Baños, 2 nights in jungle lodge.
